Alexion is seeking a Global Study Associate Manager (GSAM) to join Development Operations, supporting delivery of clinical studies from CSP development through CSR and study archiving. You will collaborate with global study teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure timelines and quality.

The role emphasizes document preparation, vendor oversight, risk mitigation, and budget support, with mentoring responsibilities and SME involvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office, eTMF and Veeva Systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong initiative and relationship-building skills.
• Office-based role environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support clinical study execution with timelines and quality.
• Lead document preparation, including vendor-related docs.
• Maintain cross-functional interactions with DM, Procurement, Regulatory, PS, QA.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on delegated study tasks.
• Plan and execute internal and external meetings.
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation plans.
• Support GSM in project and budget management.
• Participate in SME functions and team initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues and foster collaboration.
