NAMSA in Madrid seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive medical device projects from initiation through closure. You will coordinate client relationships, cross-functional teams, and subcontractors, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment while delivering quality results.

Ideal candidates bring PM experience in regulated environments, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with SharePoint and MS Project. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device, clinical, regulatory or related field.
  • At least 1 year Project Management experience required.
  • Demonstrated execution of project management tools, processes, practices and procedures.
  • Experience with GLP, GCP, GMP preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Project or similar and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with the client, cross-functional team and sub-contractors to staff and manage project execution.
  • Serve as key liaison with client, including communications in critical discussions.
  • Manage project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget to meet client expectations.
  • Lead project planning of deliverables, schedule, budget, resources, and meetings; identify roles and risk.
  • Oversee project setup in applicable systems and handoffs from commercial to operations.
  • Monitor project metrics, reporting, and change orders; support audits and quality initiatives.
