Arbolus is hiring an Associate in Professional Services for Barcelona, focusing on research and connecting clients with top executives globally. You will build client relationships, recruit leading experts, and support projects in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Strong academic background in Finance, Business, HR, Research or Economics.
• 1–2 years of experience minimum.
• Entrepreneurial/commercial drive and proactive mindset.
• Experience or confidence in cold outreach and outbound calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Desire to work in sourcing/lead generation in a fast-paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Native level English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop relationships with Arbolus clients through project execution, meetings, and account management.
• Provide day-to-day support on client projects.
• Balance multiple, time-sensitive research requests.
• Source and recruit leading experts based on client needs using online research and networking.
• Screen new and existing experts via phone and email for project relevance.
• Onboard new experts to the Arbolus platform.
• Develop relationships with thought leaders across industries.
• Collaborate with Senior Associates, Project Leads, and Account Managers across international teams.
