Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to own and lead the global information security strategy, program, and execution. Qualifications

• Ten+ years in information security, with global software product experience.
• 5+ years in security leadership in tech/SaaS/HR-tech or data-intensive environments.
• 2+ years as CISO or senior security leader in a global SaaS or software company.
• Experience leading security across product tech and corporate IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global information security strategy and roadmap.
• Translate security risks into clear business risks for CTO/execs.
• Establish KPIs, KRIs and risk-acceptance processes.
• Build a security org that enables fast-moving engineering and business.
