RES is seeking a Global Cyber Architect to support the Director of Cyber Security, ensuring IT and OT systems are optimally designed, securely configured, and protected from cyber threats. The role collaborates with cyber service providers, internal teams and stakeholders to implement cyber security solutions and processes for continuous operations.

The post-holder will travel periodically to RES sites to maintain customer relations and embed cyber security into business practices.

Formación

• Extensive cyber security knowledge for IT & OT environments.
• Strong design and architectural leadership across enterprise, information, technical, application, people & process domains.
• Experience with cyber security standards and governance (ISO27001, NERC-CIP, NIST-CSF).
• Ability to partner with 3rd party cyber security suppliers and manage suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cyber architecture roadmaps, standards and patterns for IT/OT solutions.
• Act as design authority for cyber security architecture proposals.
• Coordinate with Global Lead Architect and Technical Design Authority on changes.
• Drive cyber technology improvements to improve resilience and reliability.
• Design and implement a cyber security management system for global accreditation.
• Optimize cost of OT/IT cyber architectures in line with business goals.
• Perform cyber due diligence on business proposals.
• Gather threat intelligence from partners and agencies to assess impacts.
• Support incident response and recovery for IT/OT systems.
• Oversee penetration testing to remediate improvements.
• Design cyber incident simulation scenarios for regular testing.
• Lead the design of Cyber Health Check services for clients.
• Shape cyber strategy across OT and IT teams and stakeholders.
