Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to own the global information security strategy, organization, and execution. You will report to the CTO and protect the company's data, infrastructure, and products while enabling rapid, safe growth.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong execution, risk management, and executive leadership across security disciplines, including AI security and regulatory compliance, in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security, with leadership in software tech
• 5+ years in security leadership roles within SaaS/tech
• 2+ years as CISO or equivalent in a global SaaS company
• Experience leading security across product and corporate IT environments
• Strong track record in product/app security, cloud security, and modern security architecture
• Experience building security operations and incident response capabilities
• Familiarity with AI security and LLM-related risks

Responsibilities

• Own global information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Translate security risks into business terms for executive leadership
• Lead security architecture across cloud infra and platform environments
• Oversee security governance for AI-powered products and data protection
• Drive Security Operations, incident response, and threat intelligence
• Maintain ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR compliance programs
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and DPO on regulatory requirements
• Foster a strong security culture across Engineering, IT and Product teams
