ALTEN seeks a Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to drive cybersecurity strategy across the IN1 region. This leadership role reports to the Regional CIO and collaborates with Group CISO and Group Operational CISO to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across multiple countries and subsidiaries.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years in IT/cybersecurity leadership, deep ISO 27001 knowledge, and strong executive communication skills.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of IT management, cybersecurity or information security leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and ISO 27001.
• Experience in governance, risk management and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.
• French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the regional cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.

Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

We are looking for a Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and drive the cybersecurity strategy across the International 1 (IN1) region. Reporting to the Regional CIO and working closely with the Group CISO and Group Operational CISO, you will be responsible for strengthening cybersecurity governance, managing security risks, ensuring compliance, and promoting a strong security culture across multiple countries and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance initiatives across the region.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and security standards such as ISO 27001.
• Coordinate and manage cybersecurity incidents, crisis response and remediation plans.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to assess risks and implement security improvements.
• Support customer security audits, questionnaires and certification processes.
• Lead security awareness initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop high-performing Information Security teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of experience in IT Management, Cybersecurity or Information Security leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security frameworks and standards, particularly ISO 27001.
• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance.
• Good understanding of security technologies such as IAM, SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS and Cloud Security.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• French is a plus.
