Job summary

BBVA in Madrid is seeking a strategic professional to participate in defining and executing cross-functional projects aligned with BBVA Group and CIB goals. The role requires coordinating transformation initiatives across geographies and products, while supporting senior leadership with market insights and strategic presentations.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in business, engineering, or sciences, with an MBA or postgraduate degree preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1; C2 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Define and execute strategic projects aligned with BBVA Group and RCP goals.
• Transformation: Drive major transformation initiatives across products and geographies for greater scale.
• Leadership Support: Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top management with strategic presentations and market analysis.
• Global Coordination: Promote and coordinate the execution of CIB’s overall strategy.
