We’re working with a pioneering biotech company that’s redefining cancer diagnostics with cutting-edge technology. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team and help scale success across international markets. This role can be based in Spain, Italy or Portugal.

About the Role:

As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving commercial success by leading and empowering a global network of distributors. You’ll take ownership of your sales targets, motivate partners, and close deals that matter. Your mission: to help position the company’s liquid biopsy solutions — powered by NGS technology — as essential tools in cancer diagnostics worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Drive revenue growth through distribution partners across multiple regions.
  2. Set clear objectives and ensure accountability with each distributor.
  3. Equip partners with the tools, training, and messaging they need to win.
  4. Adapt commercial strategies to meet local market needs.
  5. Act as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution network.
  6. Identify challenges or underperformance early and take decisive action.
  7. Collaborate internally with Marketing, Operations, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
  8. Champion the voice of the field within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably with hands-on distributor management.
  2. Strong grasp of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its role in diagnostics.
  3. Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian language skills are a big plus.
  4. Analytical mindset — able to turn data into strategic actions.
  5. Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive, resilient, and ready to take ownership of both wins and challenges.
  7. Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related area.
  8. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  9. Self-starter who also thrives in collaborative settings.
