Job summary

Bayer in Barcelona seeks a Clinical Trial Posting Manager to oversee public disclosure of trial information and ensure accurate posting of summaries on Bayer and international sites. The role partners with study teams, regulatory affairs, and product groups to maintain high-quality disclosures and compliance.

You will contribute to continually updating disclosure processes and work with global teams to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of global legislations, regulations and guidelines (ICH/GCP).
• Strong English language skills (oral and written).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile, outcome-focused projects.
• Self-organization and proactive prioritization of tasks to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
• DSO behaviors and accountability in task management.

Responsibilities

• Manage public disclosure of clinical trial information and timely posting of summaries on international websites.
• Provide up-to-date and consistent posting data on required sites.
• Conduct formal QA of publicly disclosed information per QA processes.
• Contribute to development and optimization of Bayer's disclosure processes.
