Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Global Services Customer Facing Excellence Platform Manager to support data uploads, analysis, and data integrity across global commercial analytics. The role collaborates with internal teams and partners to deliver scalable analytical solutions within HP Services’ CFT Hub focusing on Customer Facing Experience.

The candidate will work with Salesforce-based platforms, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools in a fast-paced, global setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatics or a data-related field.
• 3–5 years in Salesforce-based platforms or related systems.
• 3–5 years in data operations, data management or related analytics roles.
• Identify improvements in data workflows and processes.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills in a dynamic environment.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data quality assurance principles.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce-based tools proficiency; experience with CRM tools.
• Data visualization with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day data analysis and operational tasks.
• Ensure data quality in all activities and processes.
• Lead analytical tasks and contribute to team objectives.
• Manipulate and transform data using Excel and SQL.
• Perform data loading and integration across systems and platforms.
• Apply data quality assurance principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business Partners to ensure task execution.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
