A leading company is seeking a Product Manager to define the global product strategy for their category. The role involves driving product development, managing the product portfolio, and fostering innovation while ensuring alignment with market demands. Candidates should hold an MBA or similar and have substantial B2B product management experience, particularly in technical sectors. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

To define and own the global product strategy and value propositions for the entire product category, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and market demands. Will drive product development, manage the product portfolio, and foster innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage.

Functions :

  • Define and own the global product strategy for the category.
  • Build and develop a thorough understanding of the market (consumer, customer, channels, competition) through interaction with regional teams, market research, and ad-hoc field visits.
  • Prioritize product features, improvements, and innovations based on customer feedback, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a 1–4-year category roadmap & research pipeline, integrating input from key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of New Product Development (NPD).
  • Support global launch plans.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams, global engineering teams, sales teams, and supply chain.
  • Promote a customer-first and global mindset, ensuring product decisions are driven by regional customer needs and market relevance.

Required Profile :

Education : Preferably an MBA or a master's degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience working in an international context.

Strategic Marketing expertise (B2B).

Experience in product management within technical or industrial B2B sectors (hydraulics, water technology).

English full proficiency is mandatory.
