Formación

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or Procurement required.
  • Extensive experience in Industrial or FMCG and/or Life Sciences companies.

Job Description

Indirect Procurement is part of Galderma Procurement managing the indirect spend as a total via matrixed organization (a Category cluster on the vertical axis and a Market Procurement set up on the horizontal axis, covering all Galderma Markets globally. We are on a Perform and Transform journey creating additional value for Galderma in general and Procurement more specifically. This makes Indirect Procurement fun to work in and good for professional learning opportunities in your career path.

Your mission:

Through category management, you deliver strategic stakeholder & supplier relationship management, build fit-for-purpose solutions enabling cost reduction and growth. You will be part of a highly engaged team always acting with integrity and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, recommend & implement 1 to 3-years plan with clear KPIs
  2. Facilitates category policies in cooperation with stakeholders
  3. Develop a robust database of influencers and advocacy professionals
  4. Spend Management & Demand: Price
  5. Quantity expertise and gate keeping
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with influencers, agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.
  7. Influencing / Leading Global, Regional, Local procurement network
  8. Support business with internal audit for global suppliers
  9. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to define advocacy and influencer needs.
  10. Define requirements, lead the process of identifying, qualifying, ranking, selecting appropriate suppliers
  11. Negotiations with key suppliers & contracting leveraging global volume
  12. Jointly with stakeholders, lead business review process with strategic suppliers & review KPI (BRM)
  13. Buying channel & S2P expertise & experience optimization
A) Global Paid DTC Media:
  1. Run existing global Performance Remuneration Incentive Program (PRIP) operations across 35 markets, 3 Business Units with global media agency
  2. Ownership & Management of Service KPI Tracking and Cost KPIs measurement and methodology
  3. Ownership, governance and management of media audit scope, bonus-malus reconciliation, media audit results, recommendations and tracking
  4. Co-lead SRM, by Region, on media performance in partnership with Agency global team and Global Marketing
B) Global Paid HCP Media: (USA only, Prescription Business Unit)
  1. Own US HCP media agency contract & commercials, media savings methodology
  2. Own Global / Regional ecommerce supplier relationships, contract & commercials and deliver SRM and performance tracking
D) Own all media 3rd party suppliers:

Brand Safety, Content SEO, Media Dashboards, Media Audit as it relates to

Skills & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and / or Procurement
  2. Marketing subject matter required
  3. Paid Media knowledge a must
  4. Understanding the synergy of Paid, Earned & Owned Media
  5. Understanding of Martech
  6. Strong know-how procuring KOLs, influencers services, social media services, e-commerce is required
  7. Strong know-how in make or buy business cases articulation
  8. Communication industry expertise
  9. Extensive experience in an Industrial or FMCG and / or Life Sciences (i.e. Pharmaceutical) companies where the Procurement function is mature, performing and seen as strategic
  10. Proven track record in managing contracts and negotiations within advocacy or digital marketing.
  11. Proficiency in English (written and oral) / A second language is an asset
  12. Experience working with Executive leadership teams and senior management
  13. Compelling and persuasive communicator (oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and a high acumen to identify / assess business and financial opportunities with ability to motivate teams to produce superior results
  14. Ability to influence both suppliers and internal / external stakeholders, and to lead impacting, and recognized as such, sourcing projects.
