Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Cash Applications Analyst to ensure accurate payment allocations and reconciliations within our global finance systems. You will support cash application activities, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Credit & Collections to maintain correct customer balances.

The role is ideal for graduates with a finance/Accounting background seeking hands-on experience in an international environment and exposure to end-to-end finance operations.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• No previous professional experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and financial information.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Resilient and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and on time.
• Manage the Direct Debit process from start to finish.
• Perform end-to-end credit card reconciliation activities.
• Handle cheque and bill of exchange processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries.
• Reconcile cash-in-transit accounts.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control processes.
