The Team: The Campaigns team is part of the Integrated Marketing team and works in close partnership with cross-functional colleagues including the broader go-to-market organization and marketing teams to devise, build, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and structured programs to drive awareness, generate and accelerate pipeline.

The Position: Reporting to the Director, Global Campaigns, the Global Campaigns Lead will be responsible for planning, building and executing global marketing initiatives across the full buyer’s journey:

The work you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver integrated global marketing campaigns from concept to completion that support business objectives and fuel established growth KPIs- strategy, planning, creating, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting on results.
  • Manage the creation and activation of campaign assets, tools, and targeted content including infographics, ebooks, articles, blogs, videos, and other customer-facing materials to build awareness, drive demand generation, and arm the GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, programmatic ads, influencer marketing, etc).
  • Create and maintain email nurture campaigns in partnership with content and email marketing teams.
  • Partner with marketing operations to define, report, and interpret campaign results. Leveraging analytical insights to drive effective decisions and corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers in field marketing, partner marketing, content, PR and communications, digital marketing, and product marketing, as well as sales and business development teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years in B2B Marketing; in the technology industry preferred
  • 5+ years in global integrated campaigns
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns based on a foundation of data and analysis; optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams and departments, building effective relationships to drive action and influence change.
  • Strong project management skills including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, budgets, and agency/vendor oversight with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional Business proficiency in English.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders.
