SAMY is seeking a Global Campaign Lead to steer strategic client relationships and oversee integrated, social-first campaigns across multiple disciplines worldwide. You will partner with internal teams to ensure excellence, strong commercial performance, and measurable results in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will lead high-value campaigns, mentor colleagues, and drive growth while maintaining a strong focus on leadership, strategy, and performance analytics.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in account management within a digital, social, or creative agency.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Experience with budgets, invoicing, and commercial responsibility.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish (native).

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary strategic contact.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable campaign strategies.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
• Oversee integrated, social-first campaigns across strategy, creative, influencer, and data.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction and prioritization.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into insights.
• Identify opportunities to optimize results and drive account growth.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, profitability, and resource allocation.
