Sulzer in Barcelona is seeking a Business Analyst for WIBU Operations to translate data into actionable insights, improve processes and inform commercial decisions. You will collaborate with sales leaders, regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize data quality, forecasting and reporting, leveraging Salesforce, CPQ, ERP and BI tools.

You will lead process improvements, build dashboards, contribute to governance and support budgeting and performance analysis across regions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related.
• Experience or strong academic exposure in business analysis or data analytics.
• Solid understanding of business processes and basic finance concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
• Comfort with data from multiple systems and Excel proficiency.
• Professional fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally (potentially >15%).

Responsabilités

• Analyze commercial and operational processes to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, focusing on sales processes and reporting accuracy.
• Improve data quality to support automated monitoring and forecasting.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM, CPQ, ERP and other systems meet business needs.
• Coordinate CRM maintenance and support the WIBU Salesforce Champion network.
• Create and maintain CRM and BI dashboards.
• Support BI data collection, governance and accessibility across systems.
• Participate in budgeting and performance analysis with Finance and Strategy.
• Conduct pipeline and forecast reviews with sales management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote data-driven decision making.
