Job summary

General Dynamics European Land Systems in Sevilla seeks an International Project Manager to lead complex, international programmes, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk objectives. You will interface with customers, engineering, operations, supply chain and industrial partners to drive delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of international project experience, C1 English, and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Qualifications

Proven experience of at least 5 years managing international projects.
C1 English level, demonstrated through certificate or equivalent.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Experience in industrial, defence, engineering, or complex programmes.
Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

End to end management of international projects.
Development and monitoring of project plans, milestones, budgets and KPIs.
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
Contract management and oversight of project deliverables; executive reports for management and customers.
Identification, assessment and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
Organization and leadership of national and international project review meetings.
Support to business development activities and proposal preparation when required.
