Job summary

Nordex Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced on-site coordinator to lead blade teams, provide technical guidance, and drive fault clearance for wind turbine blade services. You will perform audits, support SNOW ticket processes, and share expertise across an international network.

The role requires at least 3 years in blade services, a technical degree, and fluency in English. Expect a rotational on-site schedule with extensive travel to Nordex windfarms worldwide, plus collaboration with

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational blade services.
• Willing to work on-site in rotation; 80% travel to Nordex windfarms worldwide.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork in an international environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Technical coordination and supervision of blade teams on site.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs).
• Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies.
• Plan, organize, and execute fault clearance activities.
• Support creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets.
• Contribute to the global expert network and share knowledge.
• Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports.
• Develop and deliver trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions.
• Act as the technical and coordination interface for NX and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services is essential
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
• Willing to work on-site in a rotation scheme, since you will support the countries where Nordex has windfarms all around the world. 80% of your time will be spent out of your home country
• Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
• Confident communication with internal and external partners and high customer orientation
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is required
• Strong results orientation, hands-on troubleshooting mentality and systematic problem-solving skills
• Fluent (Professional level) in English; Spanish is a plus
