Qualifications

• Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, or maintenance field.
• 5+ years in the wind industry with major corrective operations.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine systems and major component replacement.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and manage field operations.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute major corrective operations including component exchanges and re-commissioning.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate technicians during operations.
• Plan and oversee lifting operations with crane teams and providers.
• Ensure compliance with Nordex quality, safety and HSE requirements.
• Manage operation documentation such as lifting plans and repair reports.
• Support development of technical competencies through on-the-job training.
• Act as main technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
