CornerstoneONE is seeking a seasoned Architect with a strong BIM/Revit focus for a hybrid role in Madrid. You will lead architectural design and project management for global fit-out projects within existing buildings, ensuring coordinated documentation across all phases.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of practice, advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, and fluent English. You will mentor the team, coordinate with international stakeholders, and travel to sites as required.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural practice with BIM workflows and Revit-based delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; fluent in English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Architect collects and arranges technical data, preparing drawings and plans for diverse global projects.
• Develops and coordinates BIM models in Revit to ensure consistent documentation across all phases.
• Acts as a technical resource, guiding the team in Revit usage and BIM standards.
• Monitors local engineers and provides remote guidance to contractors during construction.
