CornerstoneONE is seeking a seasoned Architect with a strong BIM/Revit focus for a hybrid role in Madrid. You will lead architectural design and project management for global fit-out projects within existing buildings, ensuring coordinated documentation across all phases.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of practice, advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, and fluent English. You will mentor the team, coordinate with international stakeholders, and travel to sites as required.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural practice with BIM workflows and Revit-based delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; fluent in English (C1).

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid for an Architect with a strong technical focus on building systems. The Architect will primarily focus on architectural design and project management for global fit-out projects within existing buildings. This position is designed for a BIM/Revit expert who can seamlessly integrate technical coordination with international collaboration. Reporting to the Lead Architect, the successful candidate will ensure high-quality project delivery while supporting the team’s growth in BIM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & BIM Workflows

• The Architect collects and arranges technical data, preparing drawings and plans for diverse global projects.
• The role involves developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models in Revit to ensure consistent documentation across all project phases.
• The Architect acts as a technical resource, supporting and guiding the team in Revit usage and BIM standards.
• Responsibility includes monitoring the work of local engineers and providing remote guidance to contractors during the construction phase.

Project Management

• The Architect manages multiple projects simultaneously, including the preparation of time schedules and budgets.
• The role supervises the bidding process and ensures all project requirements are met in a timely manner.
• The candidate must be willing and capable of traveling internationally to various construction sites.
• The position monitors expenses and implements cost-saving actions to meet standards.

Real Estate & Operations

• The Architect prepares documents, reports, and proposals directly for the CEO.
• The role participates in developing and maintaining the standards and requirements of CornerstoneONE.
• Approximately 5–10% of the role involves light administrative duties and local office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practice as an architect, with specific experience inBIM workflows and Revit-based project delivery.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Languages: Fluent in English at an advanced level (C1).
• Traits: A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an international, collaborative environment.
