Network Talent Partners seeks a talented BIM Technician in Madrid to support architectural design and documentation for data centre developments. You’ll develop coordinated BIM models and detailed drawings while collaborating with architects, engineers and project teams.

The role involves coordinating with structural and MEP disciplines, maintaining BIM workflows and delivering high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience as a BIM Technician or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM modelling.
• Experience on complex architectural projects and data centres.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections and elevations.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Support data centre projects from concept to construction.
• Ensure drawings meet project standards and quality requirements.

We’re working with an established architectural practice that is expanding its team in Madrid and is looking for a talented BIM Technician to support the delivery of architectural design and documentation for data centre developments.

You’ll work alongside architects, engineers and wider project teams, helping to develop coordinated BIM models and detailed architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Producing detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections and elevations.
• Supporting the design and delivery of data centre projects from concept through to construction.
• Coordinating architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Working closely with project architects and design teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensuring drawings and models meet project standards and quality requirements.
• Contributing to the development and coordination of BIM workflows.

About You:

• Experience as a BIM Technician, Architectural Technician or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and architectural BIM modelling.
• Relevant architectural or construction-related qualification.
• Experience working on complex architectural projects.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, construction details and design coordination.
• Previous experience in data centres or other technically complex buildings would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
