Amaris Consulting in Barcelona seeks an Automation Implementation Owner to lead COPA-DATA Zenon-based SCADA/DCS projects for pharmaceutical environments.

You will own architecture, configuration, integrations, and operation, ensuring design standards are applied across plants while supporting commissioning and validation activities. This role requires global collaboration and regular travel.

Formación

• Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation architecture implementation and design of industrial automation plants.
• Strong hands-on experience with SCADA/DCS platforms, ideally COPA-DATA Zenon, and related tools.
• English at C2 level; Spanish and French are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Automation Engineer / Technical Implementation Owner for COPA-DATA Zenon solutions.
• Own the technical implementation: architecture, SCADA/DCS configuration, integrations, quality, and operation.
• Configure and integrate SCADA/DCS with PLC, MES and Historian platforms; OT/IT integration.
• Ensure design standards and global templates are respected across plants.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation in regulated pharma environments.
• Troubleshoot automation systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with manufacturing and digital needs.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to site teams; travel 30% Europe, 30% Americas.
