Zurich Cover-More is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and drive audit activities for the global integration. You will oversee interim and target audit state, collaborate with Group Audit and regional centers, and apply data analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to assess risks and inform audit scope.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, craft impactful audit reports with clear root causes, and foster a culture of quality and continuous learning within a fast-moving, international

Formación

• 6+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within Insurance
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks
• Experience in complex, fast-moving international organizations
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills across senior stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Assess and execute audit activities related to global integration
• Define interim/target audit state and scope; identify key risks
• Collaborate with Group Audit and regional centers of excellence
• Plan risk assessments; leverage Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships
• Develop high-quality audit reports with business impact and root causes
• Foster quality, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
• Contribute to strategic priorities and co-create a leading audit function using Agile methods
