Zurich Cover-More is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and drive audit activities for the global integration. You will oversee interim and target audit state, collaborate with Group Audit and regional centers, and apply data analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to assess risks and inform audit scope.

Formación

• 6+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within Insurance
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks
• Experience in complex, fast-moving international organizations
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills across senior stakeholders

As Audit Manager at Zurich Cover-More, you will drive audit activities for the global integration of Travel Guard and oversee the interim and target state for audit. You will collaborate with Group Audit, regional centers, and wider teams to deliver high-quality audit outcomes. You’ll apply data analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to assess risks and inform audit scope. You’ll lead stakeholder relationships, craft impactful audit reports, and foster a culture of quality and continuous learning. This role offers a chance to shape a leading audit function in a fast-moving, international insurance environment.

• Familiarity with Data, IT, and AI applications
