Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Audit Data Analyst to lead data-driven audit approaches within Group Internal Audit. You will partner with auditors to understand risks and controls, identify the required data, and perform analytical assessments to support informed decision-making.

You will also coach junior analysts, contribute to building analytics capabilities, and help advance data-driven auditing across the function, including GenAI applications across the audit lifecycle.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical use cases.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end analytics delivery.
• Experience working in agile environments and applying agile practices.
• Experience with Internal Audit or other assurance functions (preferred).
• Proven experience developing GenAI assistants and agents across the audit lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop data-driven audit approaches by partnering with auditors to understand risks, controls and processes.
• Identify and acquire data, perform analytical assessments, and discuss insights with audit teams and auditees.
• Contribute to advancing data-driven auditing across GIA, coaching junior analysts and auditors.
• Support end-to-end analytics delivery and build analytics capabilities within the function.
