Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a strategic leader for aseptic and oral production operations in Barcelona, focusing on safety, quality, and operational excellence within a regulated environment.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure timely project milestones, and secure reliable supply across a global network while aligning with cGMP standards and fostering continuous improvement.

Formación

• 6 years of leadership experience in Operations.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and aseptic manufacturing.
• Proficiency in cGMP regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop people, drive innovation, and collaborate across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production team to deliver objectives.
• Ensure safe, high-performing, and compliant production operations aligned with cGMP.
• Manage budgets, resources, and risks to maintain efficient processes.
• Drive timely decision-making to hit project milestones.
• Oversee production documentation, validation, and training programs.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards and global regulatory requirements.
• Foster a safety culture and implement EHS practices.
