Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Spain seeks a Head of Production to lead aseptic and oral manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient production. You will drive a high-performing, cross-functional team with focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, deep GMP knowledge, and ability to manage complex projects across a global network, with emphasis on training and staff development.

Formación

• 6+ years of leadership experience in Operations.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and aseptic manufacturing.
• Experience with cGMP regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Biology or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver production and project objectives in a safe, high-performing environment.
• Promote safety and EHS practices and manage resources, budgets, and risks across production.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and clear goal setting to enable growth.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality across operations.
• Ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing and storage per approved procedures and quality standards, with validation and training.
