LyondellBasell seeks an experienced HSE leader for the APS business line, to drive Health, Safety & Environment performance across manufacturing sites. You will provide direction, coaching, and verification of HSE systems and improvement plans while aligning interfaces with APS sites and contractors.

You will define and coordinate annual HSE objectives, roll out global applications, and lead regional meetings to share best practices, fostering a culture of safety and inclusion across diverse

Formación

• Strong site HSE leadership within manufacturing (petro/chemical) environments.
• Experience coaching across locations and cultures in risk-based processes.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and influence outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage APS Occupational Safety standards and roll out revisions.
• Coordinate annual HSE objectives with focus on safety, health, and environment.
• Lead regional HSE Manager meetings to share best practices.
• Conduct self-assessments and OE audits to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the 90-day HSE assessment for new APS site leaders and site appraisals.
