Job summary

Allianz Services is seeking a Functional Enablement Manager, global owner of Internal Audit enablement, to lead the evolution of audit practices across the organization. You will define methodologies, tools, and analytics, driving AI-enabled approaches and standardized processes to strengthen risk identification and audit coverage.

You will roll out AI-powered solutions, develop dashboards, and support global audit teams with advanced analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, IT, or a comparable field.
• Experience of 3-5 years in internal audit, risk management, controls, audit methodology, audit transformation, or functional enablement.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI-enabled audit approaches, and digital audit tools.
• Professional audit certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA) and Allianz Group experience are advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve Internal Audit methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools across Allianz Services.
• Own and maintain the Audit Universe, supporting risk assessment, audit planning, and annual planning.
• Act as the center of competence for audit tools, analytics, and operational reporting.
• Develop and promote data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance risk identification, control assessment, audit coverage, and audit effectiveness.
• Roll-out and maintain AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to improve audit execution, knowledge management, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, providing global reporting and meaningful insights to management and stakeholders.
• Support audit teams with advanced analytical techniques, data visualizations, dashboards, and innovative audit methodologies.
• Shape the future of Internal Audit by establishing functional rules, fostering innovation, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.
