Una empresa global en estética médica busca un Global Accounting Manager para gestionar y organizar las funciones contables de todas las empresas del grupo. Este rol implica liderar un equipo contable internacional y asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación y políticas internas. Se valoran la experiencia en la industria de producción y un sólido conocimiento de sistemas ERP.

Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en un rol similar.
  • Dominio del inglés y español nativo.

Responsabilidades

  • Preparar estados financieros de acuerdo con IFRS y GAAP locales.

Sinclair is currently looking for a Global Accounting Manager at its offices located in Esplugues del Llobregat (Barcelona).

Reporting to the CFO, the Global Accounting Manager's mission will be to manage, control, and organize the accounting duties of all the Group companies in strict compliance with legislation and internal company policies. Ensuring the smooth running of all administrative duties, leading an accounting team across different countries, and preparing and presenting financial reports as the main support to the CFO and other managers during the yearly audit.

Description: Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
  • High school or university degree in Economics - Accounting / Finance profile. Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of tax and financial-accounting legislation.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the production industry is preferred.
  • ERP system experience (preferably SAP).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; Spanish native is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all accounting-related activities within the company.
  • Process primary and secondary accounting documents; handle daily bookkeeping operations.
  • Coordinate and control the activities of the accounting teams in various countries and external advisors.
  • Collaborate with the CFO based in Spain.
  • Prepare financial and accounting statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAPs for monthly and annual reports, including audit documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
  • Maintain an effective filing system for financial documentation.
  • Manage payments and cash flow, monitor bank accounts, and collaborate with HQ Treasury.
  • Participate in management meetings and collaborate with controlling, treasury, and tax departments.
  • Support and develop the ERP system related to accounting as the key user.
  • Develop internal procedures to ensure financial controls.
