Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking an Account Manager to drive the integration of the Group’s capabilities within client accounts and act as the main connector across business, media, creativity, data, and technology.

You will identify growth opportunities, translate them into tangible results, and coordinate with global teams to manage assigned clients in a fast-paced digital environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in media agencies, marketing consulting, or related environments.
• Proven client management and revenue-generation experience.
• Strong digital marketing understanding across multiple channels (AV, OOH, social).
• Knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Meta) and programmatic buying is a plus.
• Advanced English level (B2+; C1/C2 preferred).
• Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and coordinate opportunities within assigned clients to contribute to business objectives.
• Translate business needs into distinctive value propositions.
• Drive adoption of the Group's capabilities across data, retail, social, audiovisual, AI, creativity.
• Maintain a holistic client view and avoid silos.
• Develop proposals and activation plans across media channels.
• Coordinate with global teams for effective client management.
• Lead tracking of opportunities, proposals, and projects.
• Identify innovation opportunities addressing each account’s business challenges.
