Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is growing its European hub and looking for a German-speaking Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our international team. You will support the growth of our European Sales teams, recruiting across multiple markets including Germany, Benelux, Spain and France.

This is a great opportunity for someone with initial recruitment experience who is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and to manage your recruitment

Qualifications

• Around 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in agency or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing, screening and full recruitment cycles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset and target-driven approach.
• Energetic, proactive and resilient with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from needs to onboarding.
• Source and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
• Build relationships with hiring managers across European offices.
• Develop market knowledge across different European markets.
• Bring ideas and a proactive attitude to the team while growing recruitment and commercial skills.
