Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group (TRG) is expanding its European Hub in Barcelona and seeking Junior Sales Recruiters who are ambitious, resilient and driven by uncapped commission. Fluency in French, German or Dutch and strong English are essential, with opportunities across France, Benelux and German-speaking markets.

Ideal candidates come from fast-paced environments such as hospitality, retail, call centres or sales, and are motivated by targets, development, and a thriving, international team culture

Qualifications

• Fluent in French or German or Dutch (native or C2) and good English for internal comms.
• Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, call centres or other fast-paced KPI-driven roles welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment and to pick up the phone.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and engage top technology professionals.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls and interviews.
• Develop business opportunities and outbound outreach.
• Manage recruitment process from contact to offer.
