Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Account Manager to join an international team in Málaga, supporting one of the worlds leading financial services brands.

This is a client-facing role focused on long-term relationship management and portfolio growth within the German SME market. You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, identify needs, and develop your sales pipeline while building relationships with decision-makers. Relocation support and onboarding assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with fluent English (B2+)
• Experience working in or with the German market
• Strong organization, negotiation and communication skills
• Sales or account management background is a plus
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retention and growth
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored AMEX solutions
• Proactively develop your sales pipeline and exceed growth targets
• Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
• Understand client risks and opportunities to maximize value
