Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Barcelona is hiring a German-speaking Account Manager to manage, retain and grow our DACH client portfolio. You will be the trusted contact for German-speaking clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, building lasting relationships by phone, email and video.

This hybrid role offers full relocation support to Barcelona and a clear path to senior account leadership within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Proven client-facing experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Professional English (B2 or higher).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Starts on 9 November 2026 and EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of German-speaking clients across the DACH region.
• Act as main point of contact via phone, email and video call.
• Understand client needs and ensure full value from our solutions.
• Drive client retention, renewals and satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Run regular account reviews with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Support new business by converting qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product and support teams to deliver excellent client experience.
