Flourish is hiring a German Speaking Sales Development Representative in Madrid. You will research companies across German-speaking markets, identify decision makers, and initiate meaningful conversations using phone, email and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline.

You will qualify opportunities, book meetings for Account Executives, and develop consultative selling skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Formación

• Fluent German and strong English communication.
• Confidence speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets.
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth.
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
