Flourish in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to build the pipeline for Account Executives. You will qualify opportunities and initiate conversations using phone, email and LinkedIn, targeting German-speaking markets.

You must be fluent in German and English, with a confident, relationship-building style and a proactive, resilient attitude. The role offers a €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE and clear career progression opportunities.

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets.
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth.
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
