Ignite in Madrid is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive expansion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls and multi-channel outreach, map SMB and mid-market targets, and book demos for Account Executives.

You will work 100% on-site in Madrid, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Base salary is €30,000 with uncapped monthly commission up to €1,800 and a quarterly bonus accelerator, plus 22

Formación

• Proven track record in phone-driven outbound B2B sales environments.
• History of meeting or exceeding daily activity metrics and monthly targets.
• Experience using sales engagement platforms and CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Background in SaaS/e-commerce tools or site search is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 60–70 targeted outbound calls daily to key decision-makers.
• Prospect, research and map SMB and mid-market targets across DACH.
• Connect with potential clients, surface friction points, and present our search suite.
• Vet accounts from inbound/outbound channels and book verified demos.
• Run multi-channel outreach campaigns using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
