Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

You will work on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads Products. You will manage your own client portfolio, optimize campaigns, and meet customer expectations.

You will serve as a specialist advisor for German companies regarding their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team expanding our customer base across EMEA.

You will be part of a team creating unique customer experiences while actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers from provided outbound leads, close deals within the agreed budget, and up-sell potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and objectives, and match Google Ads solutions and marketing strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies to optimize market potential and improve customer sales and profit margins.
  • Proactively reach out to companies in your portfolio via phone to generate sales.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • C2 level of German proficiency.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; a team player.
  • Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Good understanding of the online landscape and diverse business models.
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: €24,310 gross annually plus up to €4,290 in performance bonuses.
  • This is a hybrid work model based in Barcelona.
  • Referral Program: Bring a Friend and earn a referral fee (up to €2,000 depending on the language/project).
