The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth in the DACH region by leveraging their sales skills, market knowledge, and technical expertise.

Main Tasks :

  • Identify and convert inbound organic leads into active customers, focusing on a smooth onboarding process.
  • Proactively seek out and engage potential leads in the DACH region, building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to penetrate the German-speaking market and expand the customer base.
  • Efficiently process purchase orders through our eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Regularly maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
