Flourish busca un Sales Development Representative de habla alemana en Madrid para identificar decisores, iniciar conversaciones y agendar reuniones para Account Executives.

Se requieren alemán fluido e inglés sólido; la persona trabajará con Marketing y Ventas para desarrollar pipeline y crecer profesionalmente en un entorno internacional, con entrenamiento desde el primer día.

Formación

• Requiere fluidez en alemán y buen nivel de inglés.
• Buen desarrollo de habilidades de comunicación y persuasión.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar empresas y identificar decisores en mercados de habla alemana.
• Contacto inicial por teléfono, correo y LinkedIn para iniciar conversaciones de negocio.
• Calificar oportunidades y coordinar reuniones para Account Executives.
• Comprender retos de negocio e presentar soluciones adecuadas.
• Trabajar con Marketing y Ventas para generar pipeline de ventas.
• Mantener CRM actualizado con actividad y registros.

What You'll Do

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
