Flourish busca un Enterprise SDR que hable alemán para identificar decisores y ampliar cuentas estratégicas en mercados de habla alemana. Trabajarás estrechamente con Marketing y Ventas para generar pipeline en Madrid, en un entorno internacional.

Se requiere alemán fluido y buen inglés, con capacidad para comunicarse con clientes y construir relaciones, manteniendo registro detallado en CRM y cumpliendo objetivos de ventas.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar empresas e identificar decisores en mercados de habla alemana.
• Utilizar teléfono, correo electrónico y LinkedIn para iniciar conversaciones comerciales.
• Calificar oportunidades y concertar reuniones para Account Executives.
• Entender retos empresariales e introducir soluciones relevantes.
• Trabajar con Marketing y Ventas para crear crecimiento de pipeline.
• Desarrollar habilidades de ventas consultivas y conciencia comercial.
• Mantener CRM y actualizar actividad.

Join a team focused on strategic outreach to larger organisations across the DACH region. This opportunity combines the energy of outbound sales with exposure to senior stakeholders, giving you valuable experience in enterprise-level business development.

What You'll Do

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
