Job Title : German-Speaking Sales Account Executive (On-site)

Job Overview :

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Sales Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona. This role will involve partnering with German clients and agency partners to design tailored digital marketing strategies. Your goal will be to expand the client base throughout the EMEA region while fostering innovative and exceptional digital marketing experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners, delivering customized strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Provide expert advice to optimize the return on investment for advertising campaigns through a consultative approach.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Regularly engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to ensure satisfaction and drive performance.
  • Promote additional digital marketing services to clients to increase business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of client campaigns.

Requirements :

  • A BA / BS degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and a strong command of English (C1 level or higher).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or digital marketing (prior experience is a plus but not required).
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, and YouTube.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A self-motivated team player, adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Goal-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about digital marketing and technology.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
