German Speaking Recruitment Operations Trainee (M / F / D) - 100% Remote Spain

We are looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Operations Trainee (m / f / d) who is enthusiastic about working in dynamic tech environments and eager to enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements

• High Performer. You are under the Top 10% in your Studies or other fields, and you support the idea of growing at all levels.
• Problem solver. You are solution-oriented with an excellent level of attention to details and the ability to juggle with multiple responsibilities.
• Previous roles. You worked as an Intern in the fields of Project Management, Business Management, or in HR Management.
• Education. Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, International Communications, or related fields.
• Language skills. Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2). French is a plus.
• Communication. You communicate clearly and effectively. Listening and analyzing communication is your strength, or you are eager to learn more about it.
• Technical knowledge. You are interested in Tech, combined with the ability to handle Applications like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.
• Generalist. You are highly organized, data-driven, and reliable, with a passion for analytics, AI, and ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Support our CEO & RPO. Assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects.
• Contribute. Communicate with customers and review applications. Learn how to create and deliver job ads.
• Collect, review and process business information, customer feedback, and requests.
• Administration support. Join in reporting and controlling processes. Optimize our resources with us.
• Take part in interviews, applicant communication, and documentation.
• Solving problems. Collaborate with team members to develop new processes and optimize our service.
