Developments.es and NewBuildProperties.com are seeking experienced German-speaking real estate agents to join our growing team on Costa Blanca. This role offers pre-qualified international clients, full back-office support, and strong earning potential with commissions starting from 32%.

Work from Costa Blanca with 2-3 days in the office per week. We provide full marketing and administrative support, ongoing training, and a back-office team handling legal, documentation, and developer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (new build experience preferred).
• German-speaking real estate agent.
• Familiarity with the Costa Blanca region.
• Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process.
• Conduct virtual and in-person property tours.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners.
