Job summary

IDILIQ Group is seeking a German-speaking Property Sales Consultant for the Costa del Sol to engage with buyers and investors, qualify leads, arrange viewings, and guide clients from inquiry to purchase.

Based in Mallorca or Costa del Sol, you will travel to meet clients and participate in events across Germany. The role offers a competitive salary plus commission and opportunities across luxury developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Previous telemarketing experience and sales/real estate background preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking buyers and investors by phone.
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads.
• Arrange property viewings and consultations.
• Manage relationships with direct clients and agency partners.
• Represent branded residential developments and guide clients through the sales journey.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Plan, organize, and deliver seminars, exhibitions, and property expos throughout Germany to generate leads and support sales objectives.
