As a Junior German Speaking Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our energetic sales team, helping us connect with customers and expand our market presence. Whether you have some sales experience or are just starting out, this role provides a fantastic hybrid work model that combines office and remote work. You'll spend two days each week in our modern office in Barcelona and the remaining three days working from home!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, emphasizing their unique features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, diligently follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, identify new sales opportunities, and provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, promptly address any issues, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
