• Deliver outstanding customer service in German to clients of a renowned luxury brand.
• Communicate brand narratives and product information to enhance customer interactions.
• Assist customers with inquiries, manage orders, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback with professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on market trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations to customers.
